Yes. For snowbird clients, optional emergency and storm-related services are available during severe weather, including additional property checks and timely updates.

Do you offer snowbird home watch services?

Yes. ESLS provides home management services for second homes, seasonal residences, and properties that are not occupied year-round.

Do you help with second homes or seasonal properties?

Whenever possible, ESLS limits time spent alone inside a client’s home.

If a key is provided, it is stored securely in a locked safe within your concierge’s vehicle and accessed only when needed. Privacy and discretion are taken seriously.


How do you handle access to a client’s home?

Yes. Any contractors hired directly through ESLS, such as babysitters or dog walkers, are background checked.
Independent third-party vendors provided strictly as referrals are not vetted by ESLS.


Do you carry liability insurance?

In some ways, yes. While ESLS is not a traditional live-in butler service, many clients use us for private household help, errands, scheduling, and daily assistance similar to what a modern butler or household assistant provides.
