Home access arrangements are discussed individually with each client based on their preferences and comfort level. Whenever possible, ESLS limits time spent alone inside a client's home and follows any access procedures established by the homeowner.

ESLS regularly coordinates with contractors, repair professionals, organizers, landscapers, and other service providers on behalf of clients.

Our role is to simplify communication, scheduling, and follow-through.

Independent third-party vendors are not employees of ESLS and are not vetted or background checked by ESLS.


Can ESLS help me save money on household projects?

Whenever possible, yes.

ESLS can assist with gathering quotes, comparing options, negotiating pricing, and helping clients make informed decisions before committing to a project or service.

For clients utilizing ongoing lifestyle management services for an average of six or more hours per week, contractor and vendor management is included at no additional cost.



How are purchases and expenses handled?

When a project requires supplies, tickets, groceries, or other purchases, ESLS may make those purchases using a company credit card.

Client purchases are billed separately alongside the cost of service.

Any significant expenses are discussed and approved in advance.

What forms of payment do you accept?


ESLS currently accepts cash, check, and Venmo.
Additional payment options may become available in the future.

What is your cancellation policy?



Appointments canceled more than 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled or canceled at no charge.

Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled service time may be subject to a minimum charge equal to one hour of service.

There is no such thing as booking too early, especially during peak travel seasons.
Early scheduling helps ensure availability and allows time to coordinate any recurring services or vendor relationships before your departure.


For snowbird and home watch clients, optional emergency and storm-related services are available during severe weather events, including additional property checks and timely updates.

How do I get started?

Most ESLS services are billed at a standard rate of $40 per hour.

Snowbird Home Watch services are priced separately based on the level of oversight and frequency of visits required.
In uncommon situations, certain requests may require custom pricing if billing hourly would not make practical sense. Any alternative pricing is discussed and agreed upon before work begins.



How much do your services cost?

Whenever possible, ESLS requests at least one week's notice to minimize scheduling conflicts.

A minimum of 48 hours' notice is preferred for most requests.

Time-sensitive and last-minute requests may still be accommodated based on availability.

ESLS works to match clients with a concierge whose schedule aligns with their needs.

If recurring support is requested and no concierge is immediately available, your household will be placed in a queue and contacted as soon as a concierge becomes available for regular service.

Both. Some clients use ESLS for ongoing home management, while others reach out for:

There is no required long-term commitment unless agreed upon in advance.
